TICKET POLICY
Use of a single Catalyst Conference ticket by multiple individuals is prohibited.

CATALYST CONFERENCE REFUND POLICY
Registration refund requests received prior to or on 21 September, 2007 will be charged a €200 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 21 September, 2007. All requests for registration refunds must be in writing and will be confirmed. Please e-mail your cancellation to catalyst@burtongroup.com. Substitutions for paid registrations are permitted at any time.
