SFO AIRPORT – You do not need arrival reservations for this airport as the shuttles are on standby. You do need reservations to return to the airport.

• If you have a voucher or a confirmation number you need to provide these to the driver along with your name and company/group.

SuperShuttle: from each terminal

North Terminal (3) – (United and American) Exit to the street on the upper level (at departures terminal) and go right towards United. The vans will be located all the way to the right where the door to door shuttles are located – you must cross the street to get to the shuttle island stop. SuperShuttle has its own spot that is highlighted by a blue sign. Go there and wait for a blue van with yellow writing. If there is not one available, ask the man in a teal jacket to call one up for you.

South Terminal (1) – (US Air and all others) Exit to the street on the upper level (at departures terminal) and go left. At the AirCanada sign, look straight across and you will see the door to door shuttles – you must cross the street to get to the shuttle island stop. SuperShuttle has its own spot that is highlighted by a blue sign. Go there and wait for a blue van with yellow writing. If there is not one available, ask the man in a teal jacket to call one up for you.

International (4) – (New Terminal only) Go through customs and baggage claim. Once you enter the terminal go out and upstairs to the departure level and to the left. The shuttle stops are located across the street from the sign that says WestJet, Cathay Pacific and Japan – you must cross the street to get to the shuttles. SuperShuttle has its own spot that is highlighted by a blue sign. Go there and wait for a blue van with yellow writing. If there is not one available, ask the man in a teal jacket to call one up for you.

***There will be people in green jackets that work for the airport who can assist you in finding the SuperShuttle stop if you go outside and are lost. The SuperShuttle is the blue van with yellow writing and will usually be on standby to take passengers. If it is not on standby a new one will circle shortly to pick you up. Please wait in the designated SuperShuttle areas, as the coupon will only be accepted by SuperShuttle. Shuttles arrive every ten to fifteen minutes

Exclusive Shuttles (reserved for five or more persons – you will be told if your shuttle is an exclusive at time of reservation):

United Airlines & American Airlines – COURTYARD 4

You will exit baggage claim to the right and see a sign for the courtyard. Your exclusive shuttle will meet your group in this courtyard. Please be sure that you have your full group together when you meet an exclusive van. Call 415-558-8500 (option 1) and tell them you are ready. Your van will be called up from the holding lot at that time.

All other Domestic Carriers – COURTYARD 1

You will exit baggage claim to the right and see a sign for the courtyard. Your exclusive shuttle will meet your group in this courtyard. Please be sure that you have your full group together when you meet an exclusive van. Call 415-558-8500 (option 1) and tell them you are ready. Your van will be called up from the holding lot at that time.

International Flights – COURYARD G

Exit baggage claim and go through customs. Go to the end of the hall and down one level. Courtyard and vans will be in sight. Your exclusive shuttle will meet your group in this courtyard. Please be sure that you have your full group together when you meet an exclusive van. Call 415-558-8500 (option 1) and tell them you are ready. Your van will be called up from the holding lot at that time.

OAKLAND AIRPORT – SuperShuttle rides must be reserved for this airport. Call in advance (a week or even 24 hours) with flight numbers and departure times to assure that your van will be there waiting for you. Since we cannot have the drivers sit in one place, you must call when your flight is in and luggage has been collected to verify that you will need the transportation to be there for you. The number to call is 415-558-8500 (option 1).

Go outside the baggage claim doors. Cross four lanes of traffic. Walk down a small ramp. At terminal 2 make a left. At terminal 1 make a right. Walk a short distance till you see the door to door shuttle service which is at shelter number three. There will be a sign that reads "door to door reservations."

Terminal A: Follow the signs that say ground transportation. There is a large arrow on the wall as you enter the garage area pointing towards the taxi/shuttle area. The SuperShuttle boards in the garage at this area.

Terminal C: Go out the doors from baggage claim. Make a right and walk down to door to door shuttle. The SuperShuttle boards at the taxi stand booth.
